This in an open rune ring with a hammered texture and forged rounded and flattened ends.
The ring has been given a dark patina to make it look like an heirloom and bring out the hammered texture and the runes.
The silver has been through the mill - melted in my little studio from scraps and leftovers and formed into 3.25 mm silver wire, ready to be shaped into your ring. Once shaped the wire is a little oval - 3.0 by 3.5 mm - more comfortable to wear.
Each end will be stamped with your runes of choice (Or left blank if you prefer). I have the 24 runes of the Elder Futhark alphabet to choose from - please see the last image.
The ring is slightly adjustable, but quite hard to bend, so I suggest you get the right ring size to start with.
